Due to the custom-fit nature of permanent jewelry, all welded pieces are final sale; however, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all non-welded items and hardware. If your chain breaks at the weld point, we provide one complimentary re-welding service within the first 60 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item to determine if it is eligible for a return or a complimentary re-weld.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible non-custom items.
Package Securely
Place the jewelry in its original packaging to prevent tangling during transit and include the printed RMA form inside the parcel.
Processing & Resolution
After we receive and inspect your item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or schedule your professional re-welding appointment.
